I’m a busy teacher, wife, mum, step-mum and granny and I know how stressful everyday life can be. Time spent in our home with our family should be the best times of all. But when the stresses of work, home, family and our work-life balance overwhelm us, life can be very difficult to deal with. Couples Therapy

Can you remember when you first met? How excited you both were to have someone new and special in your life, the dreams you had and the things you were going to do. If the stresses of everyday life have taken over and your relationship with your partner is suffering as a result, let me work with you both. Together, we can stop the hurt and suffering, and rebuild the best relationship you can have, the relationship you had when you first met.

Supervision

I’m Tracey and I specialise in working with children and young people (CYP). I’m a specialist CYP counsellor working directly with children and young people myself. I also train other counsellors to become CYP counsellors, and I offer supervision to qualified CYP counsellors to help them maintain the highest possible standards, and to be the best counsellors they can be.

Walk and Talk Therapy

I offer walk and talk therapy where we walk outdoors while talking about your issues. It can be a beneficial alternative to traditional face-to-face therapy for some people, especially those who enjoy nature, physical activity, or a more dynamic setting. One of the main benefits of walk and talk therapy is that it can reduce stress and anxiety.
