about me

My Biography

I’m Tracey. I’m a former teacher, accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, qualified psychotherapist, wife, mum, step-mum and granny. I know that when we have to juggle all of our everyday roles it can be a struggle, and it’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes.

For me, changing from feeling overwhelmed to living a happier and more fulfilled life, I have developed lots of simple techniques and skills that I would like to share with you, so that you too can be happier every day.

Whatever the greatest challenge is in your life right now, I aim to give you simple and easy strategies that will help you live a happier life, starting straight away.

The thought of talking to a stranger might be daunting for some people, and that’s perfectly natural, but I can promise you a safe, non-judgemental and totally confidential environment where your thoughts and concerns are the most important thing, and where you can talk openly about whatever is bothering you.

I can promise that you will be listened to and whatever is concerning you will be taken very seriously.  You will be treated with the utmost respect – your future happiness and wellbeing is important to me.  Your thoughts, feelings and experiences matter, together we can work to moving you towards being the very best you, you can be.  Your journey may be long or short, but I will be by your side for as long as is necessary – I am here for you.
